GUEST: STANLEY A. FULHAM. On a hot day in July 1944, a huge, brilliant red UFO streaked high over Stalag 357, a German prison camp for Allied airmen in Poland. Stan Fulham, author of ‘Challenges of Change’ and hundreds of allied POW airmen watched in fascination at the strange craft that made no sound and flew so high and fast. They discussed the mysterious stranger and the ‘Foo’ fighters of WW2 and wondered, but an extraterrestrial reality was never considered. Both Allies and Germans believed they were their enemy’s new aeronautical technology. After the war, Fulham attended University, sailed the deep seas and worked for the British United Press. He returned to the Air Force and worked in the NORAD radar system for several years where he experienced the reality of UFOs with jet-fighters in futile chase which was beyond public knowledge under a U.S.–Canada Agreement on the dissemination of UFO information. Fulham retired from the Air Force–no wiser about UFOs–who are they–where are they from–are they a threat? He searched the books and discussed with the UFO experts. There were sightings and scientific hypotheses to the extraterrestrial phenomena-- but no answers. It was universally recognized that the maneouvrability and technology of the UFOs precluded an Earthly origin. They existed on a higher Dimension and, Fulham concluded, that is where the answers would be found. For several years, the Transendor Group of the Fourth Dimension and higher provided all of the answers to the UFO/alien mystery and more; some of which Fulham has transcribed to his book. It was a fascinating account that was both extremely controversial and challenged the author’s belief system. In the words of the Russian Ambassador to Canada “...very interesting...” A remarkable book that will change the reader’s world forever.

GUEST: PETER DAVENPORT has been director of the National UFO Reporting Center since 1994.  Peter reports UFO sighting cases regularly and presents lectures on specific UFO cases, most notably the Phoenix Lights sighting.  In addition to being the director of  the National UFO Reporting Center, Peter has served as the director of investigations for the Washington Chapter of the Mutual UFO Network. Peter has had an active interest in the UFO phenomenon from his early boyhood. He experienced his first UFO sighting over the St. Louis municipal airport in the summer of 1954, and he investigated his first UFO case during the summer of 1965 in Exeter, New Hampshire.

Peter has been witness to several anomalous events, possibly UFO related, including a dramatic sighting over Baja California in February 1990, and several nighttime sightings over Washington State during 1992.
Peter received his undergraduate education at Stanford University in California, where he earned bachelor’s degrees in both Russian and biology, as well as a translator’s certificate in Russian translation.  His graduate education was completed at the University of Washington in Seattle, where he earned an M.S. degree in the genetics and biochemistry of fish from the College of Fisheries, as well as an M.B.A. degree in finance and international business from the Graduate School of Business.  Peter has worked as a college instructor, a commercial fisherman, a Russian translator in the Soviet Union, a fisheries observer aboard Soviet fishing vessels, a flight instructor, and a businessman. Peter  was the founding president of a Seattle-based biotechnology company, which currently employs over 300 scientists and technicians.  In 1986, Peter was a candidate for the Washington State legislature, and in 1992, he was a candidate for the U. S. House of Representatives.
